How pay on results lead generation works
We build the lead source, carry the cost of running it, and send you exclusive enquiries for your trade and area. Our fee is a share of the profit, and it only lands once you have won the work.
The model in three moves
The marketing runs at our risk. You only enter the picture once there is a real enquiry to answer.
- 01
We build the lead source and carry the cost
We rank the web assets that reach people looking to buy in your trade and area. The marketing spend and the risk are ours.
- 02
You get exclusive, qualified enquiries
Each enquiry is checked and sent to one business per area. You quote the work you would have taken anyway.
- 03
You pay a share once it turns to profit
When a lead becomes paid work, you keep the bulk and we take an agreed share. Win nothing, pay nothing.
The maths only works if the leads do
Because we are paid from the jobs you win, a weak lead costs us as much as it costs you. That is the whole point of tying the fee to your profit: it keeps us sending work you can close, not volume that clogs your inbox.
The figures on the right are a worked example of how a month reads, not a client result. The split is agreed with you up front, and your share is always the larger one.

How the model works, answered
The questions owners ask before they hand over the marketing.
What share of the profit do you take?
It is agreed with you before anything starts and depends on the trade and the typical job value. The principle stays the same everywhere: your share is the larger one, and ours only applies to work you have actually won.
How is a lead counted as profit?
A lead counts when it becomes a paid job. We track each enquiry we send through to the work it turns into, so both sides are looking at the same figures rather than guessing.
What happens in a quiet month?
You pay nothing. The marketing cost was ours to carry, so a slow month costs you time to answer a few enquiries, not money.
Is this the same as a shared lead directory?
No. Directories sell the same enquiry to several firms and charge whether or not you win. Here each lead is exclusive to one business per area and the fee waits until the job is won.
